Since doing Qi Gong for three weeks: I can bend over and pick things up from the floor and put on my socks with more ease. In the last two years I have had two low back surgeries, a neck surgery with a disk fusion and 28 radiation treatments to my groin. I saw a physical therapist who pronounced me structurally sound, but in need of movement. She gave me exercises but they were too painful to sustain.
